We just got done with our annual Oktobeerfest, a little damp but the food was awesome and the music out of this world again! Brian Vergenz and Andy Burger did a great job cooking authentic German food. And Willie Sterba was fresh back from Germany learning more music for his accordion so “Trip” was off the charts. Great job all around everyone! If you weren’t there make sure you get the date on your calendar for next year so you don’t miss out on all the fun.
We have our first kid’s movie night on October 11th at 5:30 pm. The movie will be “Aladdin” with Will Smith. See you there. October 12 is Trivia Night with Rockin Russ again at 7:00 pm. Ron and Joanne Horner will be cooking bar food for you to enjoy. October 19th is our first Lodge Fun Night starting at 7:00 pm. Lots of old favorites and new games for all to enjoy. Food will be available, don’t miss out.

For next month put these events on your calendars. November 10th is our Valued Veteran’s event. 11 am. it starts at the flagpoles for our veterans day salute. Then at the halftime of the Packer game, we will have food available to eat. Vets eat free.
November 17th the Moose Legion will be having another Pancake and Porky dinner starting at 8:30 am. Adults are $8 and kid’s six and under eat for $4.
December 7th is the annual Tree Lighting at Mooseheart. We will try to get a bus to the event. This a great time to see Mooseheart and all the kids. We will make stops at as many homes as we can before the Tree Lighting happens at the House of God. The kid’s put on a great Christmas program. Then we will be able to see all the Mooseheart holiday light displays on the way back home. More information will be available in our next newsletter and on the website. Don’t miss this event.
