Well, everything is on hold again till May 26th per Governor Evers “Safer at Home” directive. I hope this will end soon, but our new normal will probably not be anything we have been used to in the past.
The board of officers has been discussing this situation in length to be ready for what comes next and to be ready to open again. They are doing a very good job of preparing for just about any scenario that comes up for us.
Social distancing will play a big role in what we can and cannot do in the future. Social events, bands, and bingo may have to change dramatically or not happen at all. Time will tell.
We have scheduled some events in the future so you know what to expect to some degree. Partial list to the left.
One bright spot is our Friday night fish fry. Victoria’s is doing drive-thru only from 4:30 pm till 7:00 pm. Menu and specials will be sent out via e-mail on Wednesday or Thursday of each week. Contact Vicky at 262-620-5759 on Friday to get your dinner pickup times.
Our June Moosefest event has been postponed till August for now. The date will be posted in June or July as to when in August. Remember our kids at Mooseheart and our seniors at Moosehaven, they need your support even more now.
