News From Your Governor – November 2019

Hello everyone.

Packers win again, bad calls or not, every team is having issues with the referees.
Hope everyone had a good October, now let’s move on to November.
The first week is Moose Retention Week, the 3rd through the 9th. We have a lot going on so watch e-mail blasts and postings on what is going on. We will have Packer parties, Bingo, Lodge Fun night, pool leagues, cards, cribbage, and other events. Moose retention is for signing new or former members and renewing your dues.
I would like to see more members both men and women come to their respected membership meetings so we can get your input. If you have any ideas or questions the membership meeting is where you can talk with the board of officers at the same time. There is a lot of talk in the Social Quarters but nobody comes to the meetings.
Winter is coming up and we are in need of some new and better equipment. Our plow is very old and rusted out and in need of replacement. Have any ideas come to the meetings.
We also need volunteers in the lodge and at bingo. One of two hours a month or longer is fine and goes a long way. Please volunteer, talk with a board member, or see Me and Rich.
Thanks to all of you that volunteer now.

Thank you,
Sincerely, Mark Schneider, your Gov.
