Not a lot going on locally or across the country in sports. Our lodge is partially open with limited hours indoors and longer outside hours. There will be some live entertainment outside so keep checking your emails and Facebook for details.
The 2020 horseshoe league has been canceled. The pits are available for our members to use. Softball has started on our diamond nightly at 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Enjoy the nice weather, the refreshment stand is open nightly Monday through Friday in the pavilion. We are also
open on select Saturday and Sundays, watch our social media for all the information on when we are open. We have lots of room to keep the social distance outside.
Every Wednesday come out and toss bags. Informal play starts around 5:30 pm. James Mosley and Fred Storz co-chair the event.
The Green Bay Packers and the NFL are planning to play their regular schedule so far. As the preseason and season get closer, check Moose 286 Facebook and emails for what’s going on.
Notes: All-State and International sports tournaments have been canceled for the year. The Texas Hold’em planned for January 2021 in Las Vegas is still on.
